Who is eligible to win a BMW 320i in the LG REWARD YOURSELF promotion?

The promotional offer is only open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia who:
(a) purchase a participating product during the Promotional Period from any participating store during the promotional period
(b) comply with all entry requirements

How can I participate in the LG REWARD YOURSELF promotion?

To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must purchase one of the participating premium LG products as indicated in the participating product list below from a participating retailer during the promotional period. Eligible Entrants must then locate the product serial number on the back of the LG product purchased, then go online to www.lge.com.au/promotion/drive follow the prompts to the competition entry page, complete the online entry form in full including a valid email address, date of purchase, the full product serial number and the full receipt number or tax invoice number from the purchase of the participating LG product, and submit the fully completed entry form by 11:59 PM AEDST on 6th November 2009.

How many LG Premium products do I need to buy to be eligible to enter?

You only need to buy 1. One participating product allows you 1 entry into the draw. You can enter more than once if you buy more products, but you must retain your valid original receipts to claim your prize. One premium participating product purchased = 1 entry into the premium rewards promotion draw.

ENTRY

Once I have purchased a participating product how do I submit a valid entry for a chance to win one of 36 BMW 320i's?

To enter you must visit www.lge.com.au/promotion/drive and follow the prompts to complete the online entry form in full including full name, email address, the full product serial number and the full receipt number or tax invoice number from the purchase of the participating LG product.

How will I be notified if I have won one of the BMW 320i's?

If you are a winner you will be contacted by phone and then a verification letter will be sent to you in the post. The BMW320i may take up to 90 days to redeem from date of draw and is subject to model and colour availability. Winners will also be published in the Australian on 9/10/09 or 13/11/09.

Additional Extra's

Additional insurance, options, additional petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Do I need a current drivers license to claim the prize?

In order to be eligible to claim the prize, the winner or winner's parent or legal guardian (as the case may be) must have a current drivers licence issued in an Australian State or Territory.

Do I have to keep the car for a certain amount of period?

No, there is no minimum period that you would need to keep the car for. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Will the BMW car have LG advertisement on it?

There will be no LG branding on the car. The number plates will be standard first available issued number plates corresponding to the winner's state.

When are the draw dates?

There will be seven (7) draws which take place during the promotional period. These draws will take place at 4/448 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004 at 4pm AEST/AEDST on 18/9/09, 25/9/09, 2/10/09, 9/10/09, 16/10/09, 23/10/09 and 9/11/09.

How do I take delivery of my BMW 320i?

The winner must take delivery of their prize in person at the nearest designated BMW dealership in their state or territory. If a winner of a prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian. If a winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then such winner may assign the motor vehicle prize to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign, a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.

PROMOTION PERIOD

When does the promotion commence?

The promotion starts 12.01am AEST 4th September 2009.

When does the promotion finish?

The promotion concludes for purchases in-store at the close of business on the 1st November 2009.

What is the last date that I can submit an entry?

All valid entries must be submitted by 11.59pm AEDST 6th November 2009.

LIMITS & RESTRICTIONS

If I win and I am under 18 do I still get my prize?

If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian.

How many times can I enter the promotion?

Each time a participating product is purchased you are eligible to enter. Each entry must be submitted separately following the entry requirements. One participating premium product equals one entry.

Can I use the same receipt number or tax invoice number more than once?

The same receipt number or tax invoice number can be entered more than once provided there is more than 1 participating premium LG product on the receipt or tax invoice, so you can enter several draws with the same receipt but not the same product.

How many BMW 320is are available?

There are only 36 BMW 320i to be won.

Do I need to keep my original receipts once I have submitted my entry online?

Entrants must retain their original, receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request proof of purchase for all entries submitted. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries submitted may in the absolute discretion of the Promoter result in the invalidation of all entries submitted by that claimant and forfeiture of any right to the win one of 36 BMW 320i's.

Who ineligible to enter the promotion?

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, related companies and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Prize claiming

The Promoter will require winners to provide a copy of ALL purchase receipts for ALL entries to the Promoter, by reply paid mail, for verification purposes in order to claim their prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store where the eligible product was purchased and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry. The Promoter recommends proof of purchase be sent by registered post; however, this is not a condition of entry and the cost to do so will be the responsibility of the winner. Failure to provide the proof of purchase as set out for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of that entrant's entries.

Rental payment plans exclusion

The Promotion excludes purchases made on rental payment plans, lay bys, project sales, commercial sales or in conjunction with any other offer. All products must be paid for in full to be valid for entry into the draw.
